Status of oil spread and equipped percentage of SOx Scrubber.

According to following the latest Clarksons report,
for VLCC, the percentage of vessels equipped with Scrubber has increased
to 40%. And for Capesize bulk Carrier, it is 41%.

Today(21^st Jan 2021), oil spread is USD 106/mt in Singapore. And it is highly
expected to widen further as agreement of oil production cut by OPEC+.

If the SOx scrubber system is not applied, it is very difficult to compete with
the same type of ships in the chartering market.
